Pond Life

So, after having made up the name "ribbety frog" for one of the exercises in the ball class, today at the class, we were introduced to a new exercise, called the "frogs legs" or "jumping frog" or "happy frog" or something like that - something not one hundred miles from "ribbety frog". How can this be? Another of the exercises is called the "pike" another the "swan dive". Why all the watery names? Next week, we will be introduced to the "pond weed" and "slippery eel" exercises.

I will report back on exactly what "pond weed" and "slippery eel" require in terms of muscle strength. In the meantime, I would suggest you avoid all frogly-named exercises. They are evil and must be stopped.
