Flashdance

I watched Flashdance last night. In all honesty, I’m not sure it was as good as I remember. And I don’t think that her dancing is all THAT good. Ok, so maybe she’s an alright dancer – but it was more eighties than I remembered. And I don’t remember all that swearing. (Coo, I’ve come across all mumsy – apologies for that). But despite not being entirely impressed with her crazed gyrating, I remain slightly jealous and have vowed (once again) to pursue that career I wanted in dance. But first I’m going to sit on the sofa for a bit longer watching Strictly Ballroom feeling jealous and gorging myself alternately on salty and sugary snacks.
