Well, I haven't lost any weight. I'm still officially classified a heifer in medical terms. Gillian can stuff her diet up her bum, I say. I mean, only breaking the detox once or twice a day can hardly do any harm, can it?
My breakages have been innocent enough though. I've eaten some cereal with soya milk - surely not the end of the world. And sometimes I've had a bit of soy sauce or salt on my brown rice. Although apparently it's the salt and caffeine that give you cellulite, which would explain a thing or two. I've used my anti-cellulite moisturiser stuff for two days this week and still it's not shifted.
