Rant.

I am sitting in the office in a vest top and I am too hot. How can this be? It is the end of October for heaven's sake.
I can tell you why - because of the utter belligerence of one of my colleagues. Despite it being boiling in here he INSISTS on having the heating on as high as he can. Similarly, he makese it absolutely freeeeeeeeeezing in summer by putting the air conditioning on as cold as he can.
