Death by Running

Hello? Hello - is there anyone there? If so, please could you call me an ambulance? I have just been on my first run for three weeks (I have legitimate reasons for not having run, before you go chastising me - for example, I was in Glastonbury for many days, I went to stay with my sister before it - which accounts for at least one week - and the other weeks, erm, well, erm... I've felt under the weather...?). I am almost certain I am dying. I am finding it very difficult to do anything other than lay on the sofa and reflect on why on earth the heat generated from my whole body expresses itself via my face. I have once again got home purple-faced and liable to scare small children and old people who have the misfortune of seeing me.
