In honesty, I'm not sure I am convinced by hemp seeds. There is a liberal smattering of them on my lunch bagel and they look like little beetles. Not only that, but it does indeed feel like you're eating beetles when you tuck into them. They make a nasty little crunch and continue to be a bit crunchy for the entirety of thier lifespan within your mouth. Making it seem very much like you are munching on small animals that have tried to roll up into their shell for protection.
It makes me feel funny. Superfood or not, I remain unconvinced.
