Predictably, detox has not started. Instead I sat in front of the TV last night gorging myself on a ready meal, which called itself spag bol, but was gross. GROSS.
However I did add some broccoli, which takes me slightly closer to saint status.
Polished off with large slice of chocolate torte. Tasty, but by no means healthy...
