Nasty Explosion Pending

I am bursting for the loo. Constantly. And when I go, what little comes out feels like I am weeing shards of glass. For those of you who have had it before will know, I have cystitis. I have not had cystitis in years. I forgot how horrific it was. I am worried about my bladder perhaps exploding because it won't let anything out. Do you think that's likely?
